guess what?I don't know what else can I do to cut off my body weight until one day, I remember a story involving my former school teacher, who was teaching me at SMT Jengka.She's cute and she's sweet.But she's very thin and we're shocked after knowing that she used to be an obese girl when she was in university.Haha...so now, i'm gonna follow her step.Who knows I would succeed one day. So, here it goes, the lists of calories contains in food that we consume.Maybe this will shocked you, but, that's the truth..Let's have a look!!

Basically, the total of calories that we must consume everyday is 2000kcal. If more than that, I believe that we need to get rid of those fat and excessive calories by doing exercise a lot. So, must not exceed 2000kcal per day. Plain water is very important. And fruits too. So, here is my table for my " daily calories counting " ... (siap ade photoshoot tuhh..haha)
